Facts:
- Only paid members may reserve the pavilion.
- Reservations must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance to ensure proper staff coverage.
- Reservations are for a maximum 3-hour total time block (that includes set-up and clean-up time).
- The pavilion reservation cost is $50.
- The maximum attendee (members and non-members) limit is 20 on days Friday through Sunday.
- The maximum attendee (members and non-members) limit is 40 on days Monday through Thursday.
- Guest fees are not required for pavilion party reservation guests.
- All guests that are non-members must complete a liability waiver.
- Additional lifeguards are required for every party. The cost is $25/hour per guard with a 2-hour minimum and is the responsibility of the hosting member.
- Parties with up to 20 attendees require 1 additional lifeguard. Parties with more than 20 attendees require 2 additional lifeguards.
- All payments are due in advance of the party.

- Check the calendar (below) for available dates.
- Email the Pool Manager (poolmanager@briarmoorpool.com) to request the time slot. Please understand it’s possible not every request can be honored due to staffing shortages or other considerations.
- After the pool manager confirms the ability to schedule your party and reserves the time block on the calendar payment should be completed through RhinoFit for the reservation fee and the additional lifeguards.
